Online recruitment video service Cast Recruitment Videos (CRV) has launched.

The service for recruiters and HR departments looking to integrate online video products such as ‘video vacancies’ and ‘our people’ captures day in the life footage and a company’s working environment, while ‘why work for us’ and ‘company news’ enables board members to engage with their current or potential workforce.

Managing director Chris Heron says: “We have seen a huge surge of recruiters and in-house HR departments wanting to use video to improve their attraction and selection processes while leveraging their employer brand.

‘We have partnered CRV to develop videos on behalf of major clients such as Tesco and Damco. The videos have been used as part of their worldwide candidate attraction and internal communication programmes.

“We established early that there was going to be a seismic change in the recruitment sector with respect to social media. We felt strongly that videos were going to play a major part in this change and therefore engaged a supplier that could deliver the right content in a professional and efficient manner.”
