Capgemini: Talent management programmes key to engagement

Talent management programmes play a key role in employee engagement, according to Andy Crossey, vice president and head of HR consulting, Capgemini Consulting.

Speaking at an event, organised by multi-sector recruiter Communicate Recruitment Solutions at the Royal Opera House in London yesterday, Crossey said: “People that have been on talent management programmes feel they have a future in an organisation, so having a talent management programme really is a requirement.

“Having a really rigorous recruitment selection process to get on the programme gives people a better feeling about an organisation. If they have been through a tough process to get in, they feel good about where they are.”
