Multi-sector recruiter Network Group has appointed two new board members.

Tim Watts, former chairman and chief executive of Pertemps, has joined the board as chief executive, while Nigel Bacon joins Network Group as financial director.

Paul Doona has resigned as financial director of Network Group.

Watts said:  “The decision to make the move to CEO of Network Group has been the culmination of my 40-year career within recruitment and the Pertemps Group.  

“I will be looking to the future and growth of the Group.  Our aim is to become a major force in the recruitment industry through key acquisitions and mergers over the next few years.”
