Barclays launches campaign to find UK’s best new business ideas

Ten new business ideas will win their creators an equal share of £500,000 in a new campaign launched by Barclays.

Ten new business ideas will win their creators an equal share of £500,000 in a new campaign launched by Barclays.

The Take One Small Step campaign, backed by Online Dragon and founder and chief executive of Ariadne Capital Julie Meyer, requires entrants to submit a short video clip. A panel of judges will shortlist a total of 30 business ideas from ten different regions.
 
A public vote will choose regional winners who will receive £50,000 cash to put towards their business and expert advice for a year.
