Arc Recruitment launches SOS service

Commercial and industrial recruiter Arc Recruitment is launching a new online recruitment division, Specialist Online Solutions (SOS).

Commercial and industrial recruiter Arc Recruitment is launching a new online recruitment division, Specialist Online Solutions (SOS).

Clients can forward their vacancy online using the dedicated website and SOS will post that vacancy on at least five specialist job boards over a four-week period.  The CVs will be filtered by SOS in line with the original brief and sent to the client who can then make an informed decision about candidate interviews so no time is wasted meeting with candidates that are unsuitable for the role.

Helena Arcangelo, director of Arc Recruitment and SOS, says: “Our research showed that there is a real need among businesses at the moment for a low-cost alternative to traditional recruitment services that does not compromise on quality.

“Businesses can either opt for a purely online solution or we will be able to provide a mix of web-based and more traditional methods – they can choose the solution that best fits their budget and their needs.”
