Construction and engineering recruiter TH Associates has appointed Liz Flavell as client account director. Flavell is responsible for developing the client base in construction, property and engineering. Meanwhile, Nicola Gibbs joins as a resourcer in the major accounts team.  

The firm has also launched multi-sector brand THA Recruitment with Richard Bruce and Richard Dobell joining as directors.

Bruce was previously managing director of RGB and Redwood Professionals previously, while Dobell is a previous director at Beresford Blake Thomas and a director of CPR. Bruce and Dobell are joined by Tanya Wadsworth who has been appointed as sales director.
