TARGETevents, part of GTI Recruiting Solutions, has appointed Vicky Weber as events development manager.

Weber was previously head of conferences, seminars & training at HR and learning and development training provider JSB, where she was involved in new event production including a portfolio of HR strategy and international employment law seminars unique to the HR marketplace.
