Talent management solutions provider Taleo has appointed Michael Boese to the newly created position of general manager for cloud computing strategy Talent Grid and group vice-president of corporate business development.

Boese joined Taleo in 2006 as group vice-president for corporate business development, responsible for identifying and building new market opportunities. This has included the strategic development of the Talent Grid since 2008.
