Technical, engineering, scientific and commercial recruiter Scantec Personnel has strengthened its team with a number of new hires in its engineering division.

The company has appointed Ryan Mullen, who brings with him seven years of experience, to the role of divisional manager for engineering.

Simon Wells, Dionne Burns and Shaun Robinson also join the division as account managers.
