Richard Barker has returned to Kelly Services as business unit leader EMEA for Kelly Engineering Resources (KER) and Kelly IT Resources (KITR).

Barker, who will be based in Manchester, will oversee the EMEA operations of the KER and KITR offices serving Germany, Hungary, Russia, UK, France, Italy, Norway and Poland.

Barker rejoins Kelly having previously served as regional director between 2003-07.
