HR organisation plusHR, which provides consultancy in people and change management and performance and talent management, has appointed Sharon Crooks as director of its consulting division.

Crooks, an associate with the company since 2006, has also held HR management roles within Hilton Hotels, Sony Music and International Distillers and Vintners, before being promoted to director of HR Services at Diageo in 1996.
