Smart Solutions Recruitment has appointed Phil Worthing as managing director for general recruitment in Wales.

Worthing is a former sales director of Acorn Recruitment before founding his own firm, Abacus Recruitment, in 1999.

Worthing will be responsible for all Smart Solutions’ branches in Wales, which contribute 50% of Smart’s current revenue, and will help roll-out the company’s growth plans for 2011.
