HR solutions provider Penna has appointed three principal consultants to its executive recruitment team.

Iain Brockbank heads up a new transport and infrastructure team, while Tim Lewis joins the telecoms, technology and media team.

And Anthony Hopkin is to focus on local government recruitment within the public sector team.
