Global IT and business process outsourcing services provider Patni has appointed Alison Fry as HR director for EMEA region.

Fry joins Patni from Real HR Consulting, where she provided HR outsourcing consultancy to organisations in the financial and technology sectors and previously worked in senior HR roles within companies such as TCS, SHL, Sony UK, Steria and Hitachi Data Systems.

Fry will be based at Patni’s EMEA headquarters in the Patni Building near Heathrow.
