Oil and gas executive search firm Maxwell Drummond International has strengthened its team with a number of board and management appointments.

Steve Cardno, chief financial officer, and Scott MacDonald, vice president of corporate services join the board.

Meanwhile, Sean Buchan takes on the new post of UK general manager, responsible for managing Maxwell Drummond’s personnel in Aberdeen and London, and Brian Coffman is the new general manager, based in the firm’s office in Calgary, Canada.

Sean joined Maxwell Drummond in 2006 and has consistently been one of its top performers in senior executive search assignments.

Stephen Sheal, senior vice president, based in Maxwell Drummond’s Aberdeen office, has decided to leave the company.
