David Arkless, president of corporate and government affairs at Manpower, has been appointed vice president of the China International Council for the Promotion of Multinational Corporations (CICPMC).

The CICPMC promotes and serves the businesses of multinational corporations with investment in China and safeguards the legitimate rights of multinational corporations.

Arkless says: “The growing impact of China on labour markets around the world is already evident and set to increase. Along with this development, leading human resources solutions are important for both Chinese companies and international companies operating in China.”
