Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates has appointed Francois Kouroriez as executive director to its Boston office in the US.

In his new role, Kouroriez will conduct searches for and provide strategic leadership advice to the insurance industry.

He joins the firm after six years with Genworth Financial, most recently as the senior vice-president (SVP) of services, where he launched a new wellness service to complement Genworth’s retirement and protection leadership products.

Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years with GE Insurance in several roles, including SVP of global business development, SVP of sourcing, VP of direct channels distribution and country risk manager in both Mexico and Japan.
