Global CV platform Innovate CV has appointed Jim Knight, Rt Hon Lord Knight of Weymouth, Shadow Employment Minister, as associate director.

Knight was previously Schools Minister in the last Labour government, as well as serving as Rural Affairs Minister and Employment Minister. He attended weekly Cabinet in the year running up to the 2010 General Election, and was made a life peer in the Dissolution Honours List after the election.

He is now Shadow Employment Minister in the House of Lords and joins the board of directors at Innovate CV.
