Multi-sector recruiter cer The Specialist Recruitment Group has appointed four new members of staff to its team.

Lisa Handley joins as banking operations manager. With 15 years of recruitment experience, Handley previously worked for Conningham Lee. She is also the regional director for London at the Institute of Recruiters.

Sion Woodward arrives from Swanstaff Recruitment with 11 years’ recruitment experience, and launches cer’s mechanical and engineering division.

Abby Spencer and Brett McGarrigle join the financial division. They have six years’ combined industry experience.
