Recruitment-to-recruitment headhunting specialist Futura has promoted Tim Goodwin to associate director.

Goodwin, who joined Futura in 2006 and has more than 10 years experience in headhunting and permanent recruitment, will be responsible for doubling the company’s growth within rec-to-rec services over the next two years.
