Interim management provider Russam GMS has appointed Paul Fleming to lead its healthcare practice.

As head of healthcare, Fleming will develop the practice’s interim management offering to NHS and private healthcare organisations.

He has more than nine years’ recruitment experience and for the last three years has specialised in placing interims into NHS and private healthcare organisations previously at Interim Partners.
