HR recruiter Digby Morgan has strengthened its team with several additions to its operations in London and Dubai.

Julie Nicol has recently relocated from the firm’s London office to Digby Morgan’s Dubai office, where she will be a managing consultant responsible for developing the business and the expanding team in the region.

Brian Rushe joins her as an associate consultant following several years in the Gulf region working in the conference and events industry.

In London, law graduate Lauren McDougall join as a consultant from Hays Banking division in London where she managed the retail banking team. Joining her is Madeline Dryden from rec-to-rec specialist Lothbury Recruitment.

Meanwhile, Catherine Yapp and Jessica Shannon are the latest new recruits from Digby Morgan’s graduate recruitment and development programme.
