Global private equity firm The Carlyle Group has appointed Annie Paydar as head of HR for the European and MENA regions.

Paydar, who has worked in HR at Carlyle for more than five years, previously led HR activities in the New York office and will now be based in London.

Paydar has also worked as part of the HR team with The Blackstone Group in New York.
