Provider of PAYE umbrella services and CIS subcontractor solutions, Oriel Contractors, has appointed Donna Burford as business development manager.

Burford has extensive experience in the recruitment industry having worked for Adecco, Manpower and more recently driving and industrial recruiter Driver Hire.

As part of a planned expansion and to support future growth, she will focus on working with the UK’s leading recruitment agencies to continue to provide new and fully compliant solutions, particularly with regards to the upcoming introduction of the Agency Workers’ Regulations.
