Multi-sector recruiter Blue Octopus has appointed brothers Talvinder and Sandeep Nagra to run new division Blue Octopus Software Solutions.  

They will also continue their work within Blue Octopus to develop and maintain the internal sales and support systems.  

Elsewhere, Angela Bradshaw and Kelsie Walton have been appointed as service proposal co-ordinator and client delivery administrator respectively.
