Accountancy recruiter Balance Recruitment has appointed Alison Humphries as non-executive director.

Accountancy recruiter Balance Recruitment has appointed Alison Humphries as non-executive director.

Humphries has worked as a director of several large recruitment agencies and established her own consultancy in 2002.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, a member of the CIPD and holds a postgraduate diploma in training and development as well as being the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) chief examiner for its diploma in recruitment practice.

Kath Reynolds, a director of Balance Recruitment, says: “We are delighted to welcome Alison to the team. She brings a wealth of recruitment experience and skills, and her expertise will add value to our clients and enable us to continue to deliver an outstanding service.”
