Executive search firm Korn/Ferry International has appointed Kristen Badgley as senior vice-president, strategic market development for the firm’s global technology market.

In this newly created role, Badgley will join Korn/Ferry’s global technology market leadership team. She will drive the market development strategy and business origination efforts across Korn/Ferry’s technology clients for the firm’s three primary lines of business: executive recruitment; leadership and talent consulting; and Futurestep, a strategic talent acquisition subsidiary.

Badgley joins Korn/Ferry with more than 20 years of experience in professional services and technology consulting. Most recently, she worked for Accenture as a strategic business development director, leading strategic client development across all industries within Northern California.
