Creative advertising agency archibald ingall stretton… has promoted Emma Shelton-Smith, to operations director.

Shelton-Smith, who was previously HR director, will continue to oversee all HR, but has added IT and project management to her responsibilities as well as managing the day-to-day running of the agency.

Jon Ingall, managing partner, says: “I was delighted to be able to promote Emma to the new role of operations director.
