International executive search firm AIMS will be holding a ‘Strategy of Innovation’ Leaders’ Summit on 22 February in Bulgaria.

AIMS Human Capital Bulgaria and Macedonia in partnership with the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF) is expected to be attended by over 200 prominent C-level business leaders from Bulgaria and other European countries.

The keynote speaker will be Jill Hellman, chief innovator for The Innovation Network, an international non-profit evaluation, research and consulting firm.

Hellman has more than 15 years of experience in strategy, innovation and training. She spent the first 10 years of her career inside Fortune 500 companies, serving as director of strategy for AutoNation, a $19bn (£11.8bn) US automotive retail firm.
