Multi-sector recruiter Additional Resources has signed up for the online CV service iProfile.

According to Additional Resources, 48% of its CV database was instantly updated the moment iProfile was adopted.

By converting its database of 44,000 CVs into its own private network of iProfile CVs, Additional Resources’ recruiters are able to search against up-to-date candidate information.

Russell Jaques, managing director at Additional Resources, says: “By making better use of the 44,000 candidates we already have in our CV database, our recruiters no longer need to spend as much time or money on finding new candidates.”
