Employers need to look at all options when looking for talent, according to the head of diversity practice at BT.

Dennis Gissing was speaking at a Graduate Recruitment Roundtable in London last week, supported by Michael Page, Recruitermagazine and the Employers Forum on Age.

Gissing says that while universities are an important source of talent for employers, such as BT, they are not the only one, and employers should look at other sources such as apprentices.
