Life sciences recruiter Talentmark has appointed Ian Broadway as director of managed services.

He has nine years of recruitment experience, most recently with executive search firm Odgers Berndtson, and before entering the industry worked in pharmaceutical sales and marketing within Wyeth Laboratories and Swiss firm Novartis.
