Retail staff most satisfied with job security

Staff in retail are happier than in any other UK industry with their compensation, their manager and their job security, reports a survey of over 540,000 workers across a number of sectors.

Staff in retail are happier than in any other UK industry with their compensation, their manager and their job security, reports a survey of over 540,000 workers across a number of sectors.

The study, by employee survey specialist ETS, shows that job security was the area in which retail staff rose most significantly from the average, with 87% thinking their job is secure, compared to 79% elsewhere.
