Jobscience, a provider of social relationship management for HR, has launched Resume Power, a mass resumé parser – an analysis and filtering tool for CVs.

The new technology means recruiters can browse thousands of CVs – either electronically submitted or scanned from a paper version – in a matter of minutes, the company claims.

Jobscience chief executive Ted Elliott says: “The reality is that many resumés never make it into a talent management system because it can be such a time-consuming process.”
