Executive search firm court & spark consulting has launched a new mapping & research practice working with clients in need of market intelligence to support executive recruitment processes.

It is headed by newly appointed director Ruth Miller, who has nearly 20 years’ recruitment experience, including time in senior HR roles at retailers Debenhams and Dixons. Before this she worked as a headhunter.

The firm’s joint managing director Pauline Wood says: "In today's fast moving market, time is critical and retailers cannot afford to have a lengthy search process so we expect our mapping & research capability to be a real asset for our existing client base and new retail contacts."
