North American executive search firm Lucas Group has appointed Christian Novissimo as managing partner for the recruiter’s New York accounting and finance office. 

Novissimo comes to Lucas Group with 14 years experience in accounting, sales and executive recruiting in New York and Long Island. He most recently worked for executive search recruiters Green Key Resources and Robert Half International.
