Recruitment technology entrepreneur Dan McGuire, former managing director of software firm Broadbean, tells Recruiter that there is “almost limitless” potential for analytics to fundamentally change the way recruitment works.

McGuire has recently founded visual analytics product cube19, as described on p7 of the July issue of Recruiter, also available online here, and believes that by using analytics, recruiters can achieve “people at every level of the business making fundamentally better decisions on a consistent basis”.This is the second part of Recruiter’s video interview with McGuire, after his claim that the biggest secret of his success over the years has been building a good team around him.
