Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) in-sourced direct recruitment solutions firm cph has appointed David Rigney as a member of its advisory board.

He was previously group HR director and then chief operating officer at building society Nationwide, and has also held non-executive director roles at the Bank of America and government agency HM Land Registry.
