Technology recruiter Provide has launched an Academy of Excellence aimed at 18-24-year-olds interested in starting a career in recruitment.

Those enrolling go through a three-month, hands-on training programme and successful graduates will be “fast-tracked onto a career plan where they move into permanent delivery, contract delivery or new business”, says a statement from the firm.
