However, there were brighter spots across the sectors the company work in, namely that demand for supply chain & procurement professionals “with specialist multinational project management and systems expertise” remained “strong”, while sales & marketing activity “remained buoyant”.Credit & risk saw the greatest recruitment activity within banking and financial services, while accountancy and finance recruitment volumes increased.

Some particular IT roles were also strong, and hiring for debt recovery roles also increased.
