International recruiter Change Recruitment has seen a 25% rise in the size of its international team in the year so far.

It now has 59 consultants based in its Edinburgh and Glasgow offices, and the international division now accounts for just under half of the company’s net income.The company continues to expand its client base across Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

Its first consultant working with overseas roles entered the business in 2003.
