Recruitment-to-recruitment specialist Bowden Mayes has completed a search for the training and development manager for engineering and technical specialist The Shorterm Group.

Tracy Sinclair, with more than 18 years’ recruitment experience, joins from Hudson where she was regional director.
She has previously held director level positions for recruiters Morgan McKinley, Witan Jardine and Robert Half International.
