Wakefield-based international recruitment company m2r has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with CoreStaff, specialist providers of labour hire and permanent recruitment services to the mining and energy sectors in Australia.

Under the agreement, m2r will supply UK, US, Canadian and Irish nationals, who are qualified diesel fitters and wish to migrate to Australia to work in the booming mining industry in the Pilbara region of Western Australia and North/Central Queensland.
Managing director of m2r, Munir Mamujee, tells Recruiter that the contract is worth between £300k and £400k a year to his company.

The first successful applicants who successfully complete the selection process of interviews, followed by an online skills test, are expected to start work in Australia in about two months, he says.
