Talent assessment tool The McQuaig System is now available to all members of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and members of the body’s executive career management service BlueSteps.com.
This follows the AESC’s partnering with the tool’s creator, The McQuaig Institute.

Talent assessment tool The McQuaig System is now available to all members of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and members of the body’s executive career management service BlueSteps.com.
This follows the AESC’s partnering with the tool’s creator, The McQuaig Institute.Currently, there are 70,000 senior executives across the world signed up to BlueSteps.
