Technical staffer Morson International has taken on Martin Simpson as senior recruitment executive in its Aberdeen office.

Simpson has seven years’ recruitment experience and will specialise in offshore positions and blue collar roles.Simpson says: “The Aberdeen operation is already now well underway and we can now look forward to establishing an even bigger presence in the city.”

Morson International opened its Aberdeen office six months ago, with branch manager Sarah Hutcheon saying: “As a company we are continuing to diversify the services we offer so we can reach new markets so having additional skilled staff on board will help us to achieve that.”

The firm now has 600 employees worldwide and 11,000 contractors placed across the world, and reported revenues up 11%, exceeding £500m for 2011.
