An event last Thursday marked a milestone for Recruiter’s four-year-old Fast 50 league table compiled and ranked for Recruiter by Boxington Corporate Finance of the fastest growing UK recruitment businesses: it was the inaugural ‘celebration of success’ for the Fast 50 companies.

Supported by leading law firm Charles Russell, the celebration was attended by senior executives of the Fast 50 companies.

The spotlight Thursday evening was on entrepreneurialism and growth.  And keynote speaker Russell Clements, chief executive of SThree, outlined the winning practices that have made his organisation one of the most iconic UK recruitment businesses.

International expansion has become a greater priority for the company in recent years, and after his presentation to the audience, he told Recruiter’s Sam Burne James about SThree’s approach to global growth.

At the core of the business is entrepreneurialism, Clements went on to explain.
