Pedro Cadavid will take up the role of senior consultant in the office of global executive search firm Pedersen & Partners in Bogota, Colombia tomorrow (1 March).

He has more than seven years of executive search and corporate HR experience in the country, in particular in the consumer goods, financial services, oil & gas, logistics & operations and retail sectors, as well as in a senior HR role for Colombian consumer goods multinational Alpina.Alberto Bocchieri, partner in charge of Pedersen & Partners Colombia, says: “During my recent visit to Bogotá and Medellin, I observed the growth in the Colombian economy; clients and investors in industries like energy, oil & gas, mining, financial services and banking, not to mention FMCG, technology and BPO [business process outsourcing], are demanding talent and high quality international standards in executive search services that Pedersen & Partners delivers.”
