Farrer heads to Singapore

Paul Farrer, chairman of specialist international recruitment group Aspire Global Network, is moving to Singapore from London in February to develop the company’s Asian business.

Paul Farrer, chairman of specialist international recruitment group Aspire Global Network, is moving to Singapore from London in February to develop the company’s Asian business.

Farrer (below) told Recruiter he will support Emma Osborne, Aspire managing director in Singapore. His work will be “client-led business development across the region, as well as looking at possible joint ventures and acquisitions”.Due to his imminent move, Farrer has resigned from the executive committee of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo).

Outside of Asia, Aspire Global Network operates five specialist brands: pfj, media and sales: RPCushing, market research; Periscope, creative and design; ICUR (Sydney) media, advertising, creative and digital, and The Graduate Recruitment Co.
