The FIRM’S latest membership report highlights the membership’s focus on quality of hire. While in-house recruiters have sometimes been criticised for concentrating too much on cost per hire and time to hire to the detriment of quality of hire, the 2018/19 report indicates a growing recognition that in today’s market, where talent is scarce, quality of hire matters.
