South West-based recruitment firms Astra Recruitment and Mitrem, both owned by Donna Barnes, have joined forces and created a parent company, Talem Recruitment Group.  

Separately owned Cooper Golding has also come under the Talem umbrella, with the latter acquiring a small shareholding in the former.
